Irrespective of what problem you solve for your customers as a business organization but as as leader what kind of organization you wish to build and nurture over a peiod ? Is it , ” An organization where people feel safe at workplace , return home fulfiled each day and wake up inspired each single morning to begin new day ” and ” An organization which stand for the just cause , respect worthy rival and keep going instead of indulging in win loss rate race ” or something else ?
